The Company
Tracker is the most robust device in tracking technology on the market, they are the leading stolen vehicle specialist in the UK. They are the only brand in the UK that have a nationwide partnership with the UK police force. With 25 years experience in the industry the website really needed to fit the level of expertise and high tech service that the brand provides.

The Website
The website needed to look more modern and have a much better UX flow to the products that relate to your vehicle. There are various Tracker systems but on the old website it was not clear at all to the user which one would suit their vehicle type. Through UX we simplified their product purchasing process which streamlined the users journey and they could also add multiple products should the user wish to cover multiple vehicles.
We simplified the navigation so the user can get to where they need to be with little effort and within the product cards I created an icon set so the user can identify the vehicle types attributed to each product.
The Storyboard
Due to the offering being a little confused in presentation, alongside the new website, an explainer video was commissioned. After being given a script I sketched the outline of the story to present to the client, they were pleased with the style as we had decided to use an illustrative route.
The Videos
Each asset was illustrated and created using photos as reference. The assets were then animated in to the approved sequence.
Both videos gave the customers the information they needed in a much clearer and effective way. Working in combination with the new website enabled Tracker to have a focused and effective presentation of the products and solution they are offering their customers.
